Need to be able to change address through the app

Used to be a great app but lately I cant log in after I have placed my order which means I have no ability to track my order

Tried the service for the first time and it took 73 minutes for the food to arrive and it was cold. Driver was disorganized and not very polite as well. Never use.

Horrible customer experience on my first order. Called Skip and they chose to instead blame the restaurant and failed to make me whole. There are a whole bunch of other efficient food delivery apps. Skip this one!

I was referred by a friend and offered $10 when we signed up but after we spent $50 they didnt apply the credit and when we chatted with support were told that for an unknown reason our order didnt qualify and so we wouldnt get the credit. Be careful!

I ordered pizza through the app. When I picked it up they said it would have been $8 cheaper if I just called my order in.....

Ordered twice using this company, took over two hours both times for my food to be deliver. You are better off picking up your order yourself. Thanks for wasting my time Skip The Dishes...

This is a great app, they have a very good selection of restaurants and different cuisines. It is so convenient to order, pay and track your order from an app.

I have always had a great experience with skip the dishes and any issues I have had have been quickly resolved. It would be great to have an area to save your favorite restaurants for quick access and so you could remember new finds

I downloaded and used this app for the first time today. Its easy to use, had a good selection and didnt freeze or crash. I rarely rate apps but I though this one deserved a good rating. Will definitely be a new go to for me!

Whatever type of food you want, whenever you want it. Tons of choices. Easy to put in your order and outline any dietary restrictions to the restaurant (like gluten free) by item.

Im a busy student and this app is by so far the best for getting food delivered to you. Ive tried other options and this one works so much better in my city. Skip the dishes has so many more options than anyone else. Keep on being great.

Could be a bit better app. Create a way we can save our favourite restaurants...so we dont need to search them out every time we want to order...

This app has no debit at the door. I called customer support, and they told me no one uses debit any more. Im deleting this app.

I ordered 2 shawarmas with fries and it still hasnt arrived . Why use a service that doesnt work well !!! # bad service from a service company

This website and app are really quite terrible. For some reason all 48 restaurants that deliver in my area open at 4:20. An odd time in the first place with perhaps a hidden meaning. Also odd that some of those restaurants are open and deliver on just eat, but closed on skip. And all the restaurants chose the same anecdotal time? Any way just eat is better.

Website and app were both easy to navigate and there was tons of restaurant options (unlike just eat). My food came right on time, hot & delicious, and the courier was very nice! Overall its an awesome app and I would highly recommend using it!

I pressed the Pick Up button, and it turns to Delivery (vise a versa), so you actually dont know what youve chosen. Its kinda important!!!!! Not very intuitive.

They demand a payment and a gratuity before you can even place your order and offer absolutely no service if you are unsatisfied. Your food tastes terrible? Too bad Your delivery took an hour and a half longer than we told you and you dont have time to eat it anymore? Is it possible to track ones order within the application itself? Its so inconvenient to be sent to safari only to have to sign in all over again. That said, I always enjoy your app.
