Really bad, login wth facebook then do it again, then add more information, then pay first and ... wait 1 1/2 hours for a pick up order!

Not sure why its so poorly rated. This app is awesome and way better than just eat. Plus for those complaining about delivery fee, its based on how far the restaurant is from you since you all are shitty tippers it ensures the drivers get compensated fairly for their time!!

I just asked one of the drivers how they receive the "tip" that I added to the order under "tip the driver", skipthedishes takes a portion of that tip! THAT IS NOT THE POINT OF A TIP. Just put 0 tip on the bill and tip the driver with cash when they arrive. So at least you know theyre actually getting it. Shameful.

The service went smoothly from start to finish and was pretty quick but its ridiculous how there is no way to track the order status within the app; it requires you to leave the app and then sign in again on a web browser just to be able to do so, which is annoying af.

After placing an order you cannot track within the app it will send you to the web browser. Even though my account is working in the app it says its incomplete on the website. No tracking functionality from the app.

Usual food delivery apps simply dont offer the same variety as this one does, allows me to be lazy and order from restaurants that would normally not deliver in my area. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Love Skip the Dishes. The service always exceed my expectations, and they partner with a ton of great restaurants. My only issue with the app is that, post order, tracking is a little wonky. Would be good to have map tracking, like Uber and also to receive text alerts when food is ordered, picked up, and in transit, and finally, delivered. You can access some of this, however you have to go outside of the app to do so....which requires logging in, again. Not ideal. The service itself though, rocks!

Keeps saying "not able to download". I just updated other apps, so not sure what the issue is.

It will have you setup an account including credit card info. You will place an order and nothing will happen. Customer service chat will tell you to pay with cash or call the order in- which really voids the purpose of the app. When you tweet they will ask you to DM them, look at their tweet history they do this to a lot of people to take the conversation off line. There are other more reputable apps out there to trust, and Google to see that they dont pay fairly either.

Food is overpriced, but there is a fee for convience I guess....ordered dinner this week waited over a hour to receive, order came wrong not 1 item was even close to being correct, I ordered 4 hamburger sandwiches and received 1 salad and 2 subs, was asked if I wanted this order instead of my order....my answer is No, skip called and said why didnt I keep the order that was delivered so I explained it was not my order and I wanted my money back cause I have now ordered a pizza....they said the driver said u refused the order, I was like yes I did cause its not what I ordered....they kept insisting that "I refused the order" I mean what the heck people its not what I ordered no matter what way u want to view it....then they went on to say they would call and "see" if thurmans would refund my money for "refusing" the incorrect order. 2 days later my credit has not posted .....so all in all food is overpriced, they will attempt to rob u of ur money if u dont take the incorrect order, and you get to wait half the night for the order to come.....my opinion dont waste your time!!!!!!

The app worked well but the service was extremely slow in Cleveland. It took almost an hour and a half to get a Mr. Hero order that was a 10 minute walk away. Ill use it again for sure but Ill make sure allow for extra time. Customer service didnt seem to have any issues with the long wait times.

Was skeptical about this working, but tried it out and was amazed on the first try! Food was delivered in the time allotted and was delicious! Thank you for this awesome app. No need to go hungry at work anymore.

Greatest app introduced into the Columbus, OH area since Uber.

If youre like me you dread making delivery phone calls. This app eliminates this anxiety and lets you order completely through the app (even pay through it if you want!). My husband and I were also surprised at home many restaurants would deliver to us. Since moving to our new apartment weve been lamenting the lack of diversity in food options. Not anymore! Amazing app, highly recommend.
